Some disputes have a religious / faith dimension. There are matters that are really important to one or both of the participants, where it may be difficult to explain their significance.
These might concern relationships, religious practice, taboos, priorities, inheritance or education. Sometimes it feels awkward to discuss them, particularly where you feel that secular lawyers will not give them appropriate gravity or sensitivity.

All mediators leave their values outside the room and are non-judgmental in facilitating their conversations. But the conversation can be much more fluid and the dialogue more constructive, when the mediator understands your priorities, fears and concerns. This can also help frame constructive and faith-compliant resolutions.
Whether you are an organisation, charity, school, family or individual, I can bring unique experience in facilitating the conversation towards resolution.
